I am on 150mg. of Zoloft for intrusive thoughts, depression, and anxiety. The Zoloft helps to alleviate my depression, it seems to help some with anxiety, but I'm sorry to say that, for me at least, the Zoloft has not stopped intrusive thoughts. It does help for some people's intrusive thoughts, though.
