Ohh yea,during my depressed phases I definatly didnt do a lot of crying....even if I should of....I probably seemed cold and distant to those around me.
I kept asking my T "why cant I cry?" I wanted to cry but I was just numb.
After about 3 months of lithium I could cry again....and actually, it feels good to cry.
