well heck hon if I could get it done without paying out of pocket I would go for it in a heartbeat. if you want I can pm you some stuff I have found online. the thing is they don't tell what you can and can't do after surgery. you might check into bariatric meetings in your area. the informational ones that is. most bariatric drs or hospitals have them. I think they are free
