I have never questioned my gender and have always loved being s girl and doing girly things. This feels so real and gives me so much anxiety. It would ruin my life. I have the best boyfriend and daughter and I just can't even believe I'm going through this. Is this just OCD or transgender?

we cant tell you whether this is one or the other in you, only your own treatment providers can say that but we can tell you what each of those things are in general....
short version transgender has nothing to do with OCD.
transgender means...
a boy feels like they should be a girl
a girl feels like they should be a boy.
OCD is when someone has obsessions and compulsions.
examples are hoarding, constantly needing to wash hands, must perform actions, motions, like tapping, waving, or arranging and re arranging everything must have its place if something is out of place a panic attack can happen. doubting memory and perceptions, and having thoughts sexualized or aggressive thoughts....
the fact that you say you have always enjoyed being a girl and never questioned your gender before my ....guess....... based on your post is that it .....may....be part of your OCD.
again we can not make a diagnosis of what this actually is in you, for that you will need to contact your own treatment providers.
