How horrible that someone would take advantage of an elderly woman and steal her belongings when she wasn't looking!!! Some people have no respect for anyone save themselves these days. I'm glad that she is safe, and that all the thug(s) did was take her things. Things could have been a lot worse if they were being more aggressive in their thefts.

Your fury at the thief(s) is well founded. I would be nothing short of wanting to pound them into oblivion if they took something from my grandmother. Our grandparents come from a different time, a time where trust and faith were still a thing. Now a days you can't be too safe and secure anymore.

May your dearly beloved grandmother find some semblance of peace, as difficult as it may be right now for her, and be able to find a feasible solution to the stolen car problem.
