Been there, doing it , bought the ugly tshirts . Ugh just ugh !

Chronic insomnia since age 12 , fibro pain always at a 7 or above, never ending.

How do I deal ? Well I got all kinds of pissed off last year and decided if I slept I slept if I didn't I didn't , I honestly didn't care!

By changing my mind set about sleep and how most people in my life sleep every damn day. I was able to calm things down a bit. I still don't worry about sleep until I hit about day 5 then it becomes an issue.

Of course pain normally lessens when a person does get a break by sleeping.
