Thanks, Christina! I'm similar as to the sleep issue...I get wonky by day 4. But then I usually conk out from physical exhaustion and wake up several hours later and I'm good to go. It's just my pattern and it isn't surprising. Runs in the family. My daughter already has insomnia, too. Everyone on my mom's side lol just busy bees at night. Ah, well lol....I quit stressing about it, it doesn't change things. I've been working on trying hard to change what I can change and accepting what I cannot. Also, I know we all get unexpected change and that's totally out of my control. Just attack it when it happens, do my best.
