Hubby has degenerative disc disease and a shoulder that goes in and out of socket along with all his mental issues. Benadryl helped hubby sleep before they put him on Clonidine. Personally I can't take Benadryl or i feel drugged for DAYS afterwards but it worked wonders for him.
