Hello, everyone.
I am 23 years old, 176 cm tall and weight of 99 kg. Since I drink a lot of beer, I have developed a big "beer" belly. As expected, I want to remove it.
A bit info on my eating habbits. I like to eat a lot of meat (mostly chicken, but occasionally have a beef steak once a week). I overall eat meat around 3-4 days a week. Another thing, I can't sit and have a meal without 2-3 slices of bread. I've been doing it ever since I was a kid and can't simply quit doing it.
And last, but not the least, the beer drinking. I usually drink on Friday or Saturday, but I have around 5-6 330 ml bottles each of those nights.
As for my exercising, I don't do much. I have a velo-bike at home which I rarely ride (around 30 minute sessions now and then). I will soon start uni and won't have time for any gym time-spending, so the velo-bike and home exercises are my only option.
So, what would you recommend me considering all of this? Any tips for the belly, as well as for overall weight loss? I know I am being very lazy, but...
