Anyone ever felt like no matter what you do someone will judge or no matter how you feel no one will care?

Just I don't know what else do people say they understand but then they make me feel even worse than before...

What's the point of having friends or a family if I wont have any support anyways.

Maybe its everything my fault and maybe should just give up.
