Alright. I'm eight weeks along. My man has had suspicions since the end of September.

I went to the nurse on October 5th (she's my "therapist" for now) and at the time I didn't know for sure, but I asked her what that nausea and all could be, and she just said that I couldn't get pregnant now.

I think she said that because of my medication.. But she didn't exactly tell me WHY.. And that is frustrating me, because I really want this baby!

So. I'm on lithium (600mg) and citalopram (10mg). I know the citalopram can affect the baby, and so can lithium. Has anyone been in this situation?

I'll be quitting citalopram soon, but I'm probably not allowed to go off lithium in a looong time. So.. Is this really not a good time to have a baby? I think I can be reasonable and give up for now if necessary, hehe.
