If you are really thinking of ending things you need some help, so please call a number or go to the ER as others have said. Thirteen years ago I felt the same way and I was ready to end it but I called a hotline instead.

If you are like me you don't want to end things you just want the pain to stop and you feel like it never will stop. That's how I felt... It would never stop or it was too much to bear. If you get into a treatment program you will see that there is hope and there is another choice. You have to give it some time but with an alternative it becomes easier to bear the pain.

Remember that the hopelessness comes from the depression, it doesn't represent reality.
