That sounds stressful with your kitty... Maybe you could try probiotics if you are worried about yeast infections? I use them with my animals because the dogs tend to get upset stomachs relatively often. So far, it seems to be helping. The old cat howls a lot less when he uses the litter box since I started them on it...
The animals I work with are healthy - it's a boarding kennel. They get bratty sometimes, especially when they stay for extended periods (one dog was there for a month, went home for a weekend, then came back for another week). I don't mind working with the dogs most of the time. I hate doing the customer service piece. It's in a wealthy town, and many of the owners live up top the "entitled, cheap, rich asshole" stereotype. One couple yelled at me for 30 minutes because I returned 5 biscuits with their obese dog after a 3-week stay... I would want the cookies back because they are expensive, but they insisted I was starving their dog to death yeah, I much prefer animals to people these days.

Will probiotics help with urinary bacteria growth though? I know it works in the bowel, which she may need that too. Where do you get yours? A vet? Or pet store?
