We were camping night before last and I woke every hour and had to endure my husband's snoring a bit before sleeping. But I couldn't get up because stepson and grandchildren were sleeping in the main body of the RV. That was heck when I decided I wanted coffee at 6:30 a.m.; not an easy task making a pot of coffee in the dark (pouring water into the coffee maker to what level?) and trying not to wake young children who have had to be trained they're not allowed to "get up" until it's light out. Then when I finally had a cup of coffee and was dressed, etc. I had to go outside and it was freezing out :-)
So last night had take 2; husband went to pick up daughter-in-law at the airport but her plane didn't land until 12:30 a.m. so he wasn't home until 2:30! I woke just before he came home, faithful dog waiting for her master, LOL. Loud breathing again this morning from poor, sleeping, husband.
I'll think of you needlepointing tonight :-) Mesh canvas is an idea for my cat clawing. Maybe I should needlepoint a bit and try it out. They have "bell pulls" and runners and thin strip sorts of things I could use as "edges" to couch bottoms don't they (or I could make my own size mesh canvas and my own design (or lack, just match the couch color and make it solid)?
