I've recently been informed that I may have been misdiagnosed with bipolar three years ago.

I have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid condition and autoimmune condition that have been documented to produce depression and mixed state-like symptoms... which are my two most common episodes.

Bipolar does run rampant in my family. So they jumped to it first. and I could still have it. But who knows, I may have taken all those psych meds for nothing!

If I don't have to deal with these moods my whole life I'll be over the moon. So will my family. I'll find out soon. Wish me luck? I kind of don't know how to feel. I've only recently come to terms with having bipolar.
