I will check with the vet and local pet store, GNC had something, I wil check with them also. Too bad can I can't share what I take. How many pets do you have?

I think GNC has a powder form of the probiotic. They definitely have a powder form of the multi-vitamin with probiotics in it. I had used that for a while, but then I had trouble finding it in stores (other than petsmart currently), so I skipped it... Gotta love picky kitties

I kinda wish there was more documantation on the different types of probiotics and what the variances were between animals and people. I know one I found seemed to have mostly the same listed types of bacteria, but was marketed for pets... My only worry would be introducing bacteria that was harmless to humans but harmful to the animals.
We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 geckos, and 6 snakes... Oh, and an uncertain number of tiny frogs that were in my plants when I moved up north. I just put them into the gecko cages and hoped they were not eaten. I think I put 7-10 in the 2 cages. I know at least 2 males are still alive b/c I hear them calling at night after the misters go off.
