I know that feeling sweetie, all too well. I find it helpful to have a long bubbly bath, a milky drin, relaxation techniques ie breathing in and out slowly, I still struggle sometimes, I've taken to listening to soothing favourite music on my mp3 player, trouble is I can't sleep without it lol.
