Also, I get really bad anxiety when I go to bed at night, which is caused by hearing voices. It has gotten harder to tune them out. Does anyone know of distraction techniques or coping skills that could help? I have readingwith headphones in and mood music, as well as movies/ shows. The voices have gotten harder to ignore. I have tried talking to them & telling them to stop messing with me. They always seem to be angry & don't listen. Thanks for the help
