Hi there, my young friend

I do have a lot of info for you, but the tricky part for me is figuring out what will help you the most and what will be most applicable to you.
First off, I'll state the obvious - Some sacrifices are going to have to be made. If you're looking for shortcuts, let's end this conversation right here
The good news is that you're young. Your body is much more tolerant to drinking/eating poorly now than let's say 10 years later (i.e. at my age of 33). Testosterone (assuming you're a guy) and base metabolism rate is close to optimal.
The other good news is that there are many possible paths to weight loss. You can pick the one that fits your lifestyle the best. I'd like to spell out multiple options.
- Exercise + no change in diet
- Exercise + a stricter diet (there is a huge spectrum here ... could be slightly stricter or much stricter or anything in between)
- Eating/drinking the same stuff but less of it
- Eating/drinking the same stuff and the same amount, but portioning/spreading out your meals over the duration of the day
I'd like to know which of these options appeals to you the most. In other words, what specific sacrifices are you willing to make ? Then, I can offer you more specific advice that you can apply to your lifestyle.
The question is how badly you want to remove this fat. That will determine your path forward.
The other question is how many kg do you want to lose ? That will also help with determining your path.
