I just got off Mirtazipine actually, that's where the heavy withdrawal was coming from.

I didn't sleep well again....

Might call my shrink up and see what she thinks.
She's told me in the past to get out of bed and do something, instead of laying in bed all night tossing and turning.

I haven't slept good in like a week now. Blah.
And I haven't even had any caffiene to help me out 10 days without it, and that is abnormal for me considering that I always had to have my coffee in the morning.

I don't want to take sleeping pills, don't like mixing meds together.
Been on tranqulizers before, didn't like them.
Been on Mirtazipine like I said for 8 months, and since that was out of my system I haven't been able to sleep. It could be the Effexor.
