i don't work, and i'm agoraphobic
so my day is something like eat breakfast at some stupid early time because i didn't sleep the night before, check my emails and play my trivia challenge (i always do my trivia challenge, i love trivia), come on here
choose a movie to watch in the afternoon (or if i have some tv to catch up on from the night before, watch that)
eat dinner
,listen to music while messing about onn the computer
read
spend the night feeling anxious, worthless, suicidal, and just ashamed of myself
not sleep the entire night
start again the following day
(exceptions being if i need to order something online, or put something away, shower, something like that)
