I really need a new psychiatrist and therapist. Right now my treatment team sucks so I'm pretty much stuck in an IOP which actually offers good group discussions and has an awesome pdoc.
Other than that I went for a fairly long walk and have realized my anxiety and paranoia are getting better since upping the clozapine and amoxapine. I have an appointment with my regular doctor today and he's going to ***** at me again about how I had yet another hospitalization. Maybe if my outpatient treatment team didn't suck I wouldn't have gotten that bad.
