Oh, no, gtrplayer, keep making posts like that! That they're misunderstood by some is a given and no reason to apologize or quit trying. I liked your story from the "top" looking down (psychiatrist who sees many people in worse shape than we can imagine) and its reminder how my abuse is only a "part" of my life, how I've lived through and beyond it and the choice of what to think about/focus on in/from all my life experiences is mine.
