I go to school online which is both a godsend - no need to shower, dress, or get out of bed - but also helps feed my depression because well...no need to shower, dress, or get out of bed. And it keeps me in the house and no social interaction and all that.
I usually roll out of bed about noon after waking up every 30 minutes since 9am just because I can't bring myself to get up. Then I'll usually slump over to the couch and rotate between video games and TV until I can't hang with the hunger anymore, make enough food to satisfy and continue.
At some point I'll think about doing homework, maybe even open my laptop but immediately get overwhelmed and go back to TV.
Repeat until about midnight, when I'll actually start doing some work.
Bedtime whenever I finally feel tired.
If I'm having a *really* good day I'll shower, go to the gym, or clean. But those are few and far between these days.
