I have an issue with people appearing to stalk me. Shortly after midnight this morning, I noticed my security cameras had triggered. I began reviewing the videos and found a car had crept past my house slowly a few times, then parked in my driveway with the lights out, then left and crept by a few more times. Instant symptoms for me, and worse than I have had in quite some time. I uploaded the video to off site storage, then went in search of my neighborhood for the car. To my great relief it was parked in my neighbors driveway where they were having a late party. I really can't claim it as a win, but it is one of the few times I resolved the suspense of not knowing who or why, and was able to calm back down.
