I spoke to my best friend through high school today. We talked about traveling together and feeling ok about the unknown future. She says there was never anything about me that indicated any MI or PD, that I'm a kind, quirky, smart person.

Thanks for bringing this post to my attention just now before I go with h to a new marriage counselor. I've been anxious all day about how to approach this.
