Ugh, I am so sorry that happened. My dads wallet was stolen from him in an elevator. He had Alzheimer's. It really shook him and it made me so angry and sad. People who prey on others have no moral compass or humanity. It's all about them and opportunity. To them, they probably had a great day when they make a score like that.

I just gently helped my dad recoup his cards etc.... And was very loving and sympathetic. It was not the material loss but the loss of control and feeling vulnerable.

And there was your g'ma at the Y probably doing something good for herself! My dad was at a doctors appt.
