Well, I like that I live in a first world country and have access to high quality infrastructure, education and health care, and I like that I live in a country where the government generally does its best to protect the human rights of its citizens.
I am exceptionally grateful that I was not born into a country that is torn by war, famine, corruption or any other number of ills that can afflict humanity.

On a more personal level I am grateful that I am able to work and have enough money to cover my essential needs.
