Some DBSA groups meet in the afternoons on weekends. I go to DBSA groups regularly and they help me a lot. You would have to check to see if there are any afternoon groups in your area.

(These are for in-person meeting groups, not "online". Groups typically meed once a week in the same place at the same time... But some groups meet once a month or twice a month.)
