I know the feeling. But at least you experienced everything.
I am basically where I was 14 years ago; not having moved any further than talking.
Yes, my brain is to blame for being so inflexible and putting all the eggs in one basket. But I can't rewire my brain and knowing that you are where you were 14 years ago, if that rate of improvement continues, it doesn't promise much good.
I imagine aging is easier when you have your own children, at least I hope to find out one day it makes it easier.
As it is right now, I am a 33 year old with the life experience of a 19 year old. Doesn't make it easier that I interact on a daily basis with people way younger than me that are also way more experienced than me, in all facets of life; relationships, traveling, jobs, friends, hobbies, etc.
So you need to push yourself to keep moving forward as fast as possible, and avoid having regrets.
