Kinda flipped out about it emotionally yesterday, was extremely upset and having suicidal thoughts but I'm feeling better now. Just got to take things moment by moment. I feel like I know all kinda of coping skills but when I get hit with something like that and my emotions get out of control I completely forget them and to use them.
I was extremely stressed yesterday. Plus I'm having some money issues, it's hard to survive on the amount of money I get each month, after bills are payed I only have like 30 bucks to manage with for the entire month.
I'm considering trying ticket to work and get a part time job. It would really help

you can get a part time job and not have to enter Ticket to Work. i believe the max income you can make at a job is $810 a month. if you make that, or over, it will automatically enter you into the Ticket to Work program. I held a part time job for 2 years while on SSDI and not in Ticket to Work. i think getting a part time job would be a great thing for you to do. working has really been one of the most integral parts of my recovery journey
