Hello passionfruit3: Well... all I can tell you is that I have intrusive thoughts pretty-much every waking moment of every day. But thoughts are just thoughts. They're just chimera. And so what I strive to do is to accept my intrusive thoughts... with lovingkindness & compassion. Intrusive thoughts don't make you evil... or crazy...
