Thank you for your reply Skeezyks 😊 I tried going to my G.P. previously and she didn't feel comfortable prescribing me anything and sent me off to a therapist. But I definitely think you're right. I'll try to get in with a pdoc - worst case scenario is I just have to wait anyways.
