I joined a lunchtime work group of people who knit or crochet stuff for charity. I only just learned to single crochet but I signed up anyways to a scarf for a shelter drive in December. Gotta get crackin

That's a good idea, the lunchtime work group crocheting for charity. I think I may start one at my work! Once you have learned single crochet, you'll master double, half-double, and treble in no time! And then you'll be doing shells, etc!
