I spent 7 weeks IP this summer and then had 8 weeks outpatient treatment for depression. I'm on an absolute chemical cocktail of meds. I'm also unemployed and I'm finding the stress and anxiety surrounding that, plus the stress of waiting for the ministry of transportation decision on whether to give me back my licence, (medical suspension) is really taking a toll on me. I'm having trouble concentration, am sleeping too much, and just generally don[t give a %#@&#! about anything. I'm really trying to stay strong and not let myself get pulled back into a depressive episode, but it's really hard.
