Thanks for your reply. Perhaps I is just that I have been more careless due to lack of sleep. I'd post the pictures but don't reay want pics of myself on the internet. I think it's just that some of them were really creepy. I'm gonna show my therapist on Tuesday. I don't take any medication so it can't be that but I do forget a lot of things. For example in my last therapy session I couldn't remember what I'd said and my therapist commented that I was back and my face had completely changed. To which I then just cried. Perhaps I'm just overanalysing things because of that.
