I don't record my sessions and don't have a desire too although there are times that I wish that I could remember better. My T is a blank slate, won't tell me anything and has been very curt when I've asked her questions so now I don't even feel comfortable asking a question like this. Luckily, I don't want to record the sessions, but if I did, it would be a production getting the courage to ask her if I could. I would never record without telling her not because of the ethics surrounding it but more because I'd die if she ever found out that I was secretly recording her!
