I don't know about anyone else but since I have been dealing with CPTSD I have gained weight. A lot I'm sure is because I just don't feel like doing anything or getting out of the house, depression. I'm wondering if a change of diet maybe more protein and less carbs would help that.
Has anyone put any thought into that? It just seems that carbs make me sluggish.
How about herbal supplements? Anyone use a supplement that helps them?
