I know for me B vitamins help, and vitamin D. Also the EAP T told me about Holy basil , 5-HTP, St. John's Wort, but you have to be careful using these because of interactions with other meds. Just because it's over the counter doesn't mean it's safe with medications you are already taking.
Also like COQ10, good for my heart and gives me energy.
Also I was told that the subliminal Melatonin, 5 mg., works better than just a Melatonin tablet. Some people like teas, Camomile , I couldn't drink that. Valerian is an issue for me too, it stinks
