A lot of you know how I've struggled a lot with no contact and been really worried about T not bothering with me again.
Well, I had contact today - normal, nothing out of the ordinary. [emoji4]
It has definitely eased my anxiety about being abandoned or T being dead!! She's eased my worries about any awkwardness when I go back too.

I'm so happy she's back.
