This evening's session was strange. T was Dad-ish today, whereas he usually feels like a mom. He made a few helpful suggestions to me regarding my relationship with my husband.

I've been trying to process the session and the thing that just jumped out at me is that at one point I was thinking that the chair felt too big today. Yeah, my favorite chair in the whole wide world felt too big for me.

When I was little my father was rarely available for chat. I missed out on a lot because of his inability to put himself aside for his children. I never had anyone to go to to listen to my problems.
