I have ex t whom I email with. I saw an old t briefly recently but she referred me to a new t whom I haven't met yet.
I am very very lucky to have the support of ex t.
I don't have anyone whom I would call a friend. I have some non-abusive family members who live about five minutes away from me and I see them a couple times a year.
I tend to isolate and I don't expect support from anyone, but I trust ex t.
