One word of caution. Celexa and Seroquel, in some patients, can interact to cause heart problems. Specifically, a prolonged Q-t interval, which can lead in the worst case scenario to heart failure. My pdoc, who has me on both does regular ECG's to monitor my heart, and recently discovered a problem - so we've cut my Celexa dose in half and will reevaluate.
