just got home. the news is not good as I highly suspected. they said it should take about an hour and a half. 3 hrs later they called us to the desk and asked for me and my stepmom to go into the counseling room. I knew then it was not good. The dr came in and started by telling us it was the worst looking bladder he had ever seen. he went ahead and did 2 frozen biopsies and those came back negative for cancer which is good right? hoping the rest come back like that. he still thinks it is cancer in his professional opinion but the results won't be in before Monday. He told us he thinks either way Dad will lose the bladder. He said even if it is not cancer the bladder is so severely damaged it can't be saved so he is sending us to the top hospital in Atlanta. He said he will get us in asap. Dad does not know yet how bad he is. I am crushed. I feel like a little girl right now wanting to crawl up on daddy's lap but I can't. will keep you all posted as I know more.
