I am not trying to be dumb, but I have yet to find any definitions that really explain to me what the difference is. My husband was dx'd bp after a severe trauma. He doesn't have any mania, except occasionally extremely talkative. Mostly he is depressed. Quiet, doesn't talk much at all. We have much on our plates and he mostly sits at his computer and browses different sites. He's a fisherman and hunter, so that's mostly the sites he visits. Please help me help him. Yes, he's on meds. Any kind of antidep. has severe side effects. He's taking gabapentin 400 mg. right now. Thanks. for your help.
