So you are telling me to do not post about not taking meds because there are people who have to take them?

What if I don't want to live taking meds so I want to find other people who have similar diagnosis to know how they deal with it without meds because I am having problems doing it?

I stopped taking meds at the same time I was told I could have schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder -they weren't sure-. My psychiatrist told me if I stopped them I would have a psychotic break. I didn't mind at what she said because I got too many side effects from meds to the point I became suicidal.

My actual psychiatrist wants me to take antipsychotics too, but I refused them. He finally accepted I won't it doesn't matter what he says.

I am not telling anyone to stop taking their meds, but I would like to meet other people with similar problems who learnt to live without them. I believe it's possible if John Nash could do it. If this is against the forum's rule I would ask a moderator to ban me.

I simply cannot bear to live medicated, I would rather die.
