No seriously.


I never used to speak to my BIL for longer than 30 seconds because he always looked so unapproachable / disinterested / stern.


Once I realized what the barrier was, I told him and he made an effort to smile more, which softens his facial expressions considerably.


Even myself, when among new company I have to mentally remind myself to not wear my *****face...


Just a thought to ponder.
