oh i do....no worries i promise...i do eat....i replace some meals with special k cereal and i eat special k bars for a snack and i have a slimfast shake at dinner and i bought fat free jello and and some grapefruit (one half at a time obibivously) and some pregresso soup which is really good...and i just bought two cans of pumkin....sounds weird i know but i love sweet stuff and half a cup is only like 40 calories....oh i am eating no worries..and i munch on grapes or a piece of fruit....
