Thank You Perna , it's been a year now and I don't feel anything yet - I've just lost interest in everything - Hopefully you are right , I'm ready for me to come back around -

I have found that 3 minutes of non-stop writing can be very helpful and it does not matter what topic you start with just don't stop , and if you find your going off the topic it does not matter and going over 3 minutes is fine . Try it - You'll be amazed at what you can find out about yourself --- Just Write ---
