I have been seeing a T. Lately alts will turn up in the sessions. The sessions are 50 minutes. After session I feel like I have been run over by a bus and yet I need to drive myself home which is 20 minutes by car. I can barely control my own body let alone drive. He does have a private waiting area where I can settle to a point but it isn't enough. What do other people here do?
